International cooperation between universities is one of the strategic issues for internationalization a university in Indonesia. One form not only manifested tri dharma aspect higher education. The focus this research comparison students' mastery English three countries. This language ability aims to determine students who take part student exchange programs or internship conducted by universities. descriptive qualitative involved from Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines. Data taken interviews with several learners were then transcribed, coded, analyzed stage according Processability Theory. results study indicate that although there are differences use countries, participants countries have same attainment English.
